What Stonebridge Exteriors collects when you use this site or book an inspection, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Last updated August 4, 2026

This policy explains what Stonebridge Exteriors collects when you visit this website or get in touch, how we use it, and what you can ask us to do with it. "Stonebridge Exteriors", "we", "us" and "our" mean Stonebridge Exteriors, an exteriors contractor working across the Texas Hill Country.

By using this site you agree to the practices set out here.

What we collect

We collect what we need to answer you and to do the work, and not much else.

  • What you give us. When you book an inspection or contact us you may share your name, phone number, email address, property address and a description of the problem. If you send photographs, documents, a policy number or an adjuster's estimate, we hold those too.
  • What is collected automatically. Like most websites we record basic technical information: browser and device type, approximate location, and which pages were visited. It tells us the site is working and which pages homeowners actually read.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers.

How we use it

  • To prepare and send your scope and photo report
  • To schedule, carry out and follow up the work
  • To answer questions and support requests
  • To work with your insurance carrier on a claim, when you ask us to
  • To meet our warranty, tax and record-keeping obligations
  • To improve this site
  • To send you updates about your own project, and, only if you opt in, occasional news

Photographs of the work

We photograph every job, before, during and after. Those photographs are part of your file and part of our warranty record. We may use anonymized images of the work itself in marketing. We do not publish your address, your name or anything that identifies your household without asking you first.

Cookies

This site uses a small number of cookies. They remember your display preferences and help us understand how the site is used. Your browser can block or delete them; some parts of the site will behave less smoothly if you do.

When we share it

  • Service providers that help us run the business, such as scheduling, email and analytics tools, and only for that purpose
  • Manufacturers, to register the system warranty on your materials
  • Your insurance carrier or adjuster, when you have asked us to assist with a claim
  • Legal reasons, where the law requires it or to protect our rights, our customers or the public

How long we keep it

We keep project records for as long as the workmanship warranty runs and for as long as tax and legal obligations require, because a warranty is only useful if the file behind it still exists. Inquiries that do not become jobs are cleared out sooner.

How we protect it

We use reasonable safeguards and limit who inside the company can open a customer file. No system is perfect, and we will tell you promptly if something happens that affects your information.

Your choices

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it (subject to records we are required to keep), and opt out of marketing at any time by replying to any message. Use the contact page and it reaches the office directly.

Children

This site and our services are meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, tell us and we will remove it.

Changes

We may update this policy as our practices or the law change. The date at the top of this page changes with it, and anything significant will be called out plainly.

Contact

Questions about your privacy, or a request about your own information, can go through the contact page or to the office number and address listed there.
